Cristina M. Ciminelli is an experienced civil litigator whose practice focuses on product liability and general negligence. Her extensive experience includes the defense of the design and manufacture of a vast array of products including automobiles, tires, heavy trucks, industrial equipment, and amusement park rides. In addition, she is skilled in business litigation, having successfully defended actions involving multi-million dollar contract disputes.

Ms. Ciminelli graduated with honors from Youngstown State University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. She obtained her J.D. in 1999 from the University of Akron School of Law where she excelled in Moot Court and was an active participant in the Student Bar Association. She is a recipient of Dean's List honors, as well as the CALI Award for Academic Excellence in Trademark Law.
