David C. Shay graduated from the University of Maryland in 2002, with a Bachelor of Science in Geography. While at the University of Maryland, Mr. Shay gained admission to numerous academic honor societies.
Mr. Shay received his Juris Doctorate from The George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C. in 2005. During law school, Mr. Shay worked as a law clerk for the Real Estate Directorate of the Headquarters of the United States Army Corps of Engineers, in Washington, D.C. Mr. Shay is a volunteer coach and referee for the American Youth Soccer Organization. Mr. Shay joined Yukevich Calfo & Cavanaugh in June of 2007, where he practices in the area of products liability defense. Prior to joining Yukevich Calfo & Cavanaugh, Mr. Shay represented a Fortune 500 company in a major antitrust action.
