Mr. Thomas is a civil litigator with expertise in product liability, negligence, and business litigation. He has represented major corporations in virtually all aspects of litigation, including arbitration, mediation, trial, and appeals. Mr. Thomas has been successful in briefing and arguing key motions in state and federal courts in California, Arizona, and Nevada, including motions for summary judgment, appellate motions and other dispositive motions. Mr. Thomas' practice focuses on the defense of automobile and tire manufacturers, consumer product manufacturers and general litigation.

Mr. Thomas graduated with distinction from the University of Michigan in 1996 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and African American Studies. He received his J.D. in 1999 from the University of Michigan Law School. While in law school, Mr. Thomas served as an editor for the Michigan Journal of Race & Law. Mr. Thomas wrote an award-winning essay entitled Koester v. City of Novi: Litigation Implications for Pregnancy Discrimination Claims Under the Michigan Handicapper's Civil Rights Act., published in the Winter 1999 edition of the Michigan Bar Journal.

Mr. Thomas is a member in good standing of the American Bar Association, Defense Research Institute, and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. He is also a member of the Litigation Section of the State Bar of California.
